Spanish Basketball Team Poses For a Racist anti-Asian Photo?

By Chris Chase

Before the Olympics the Spanish team posed for an ad in which they make a potentially offensive pose. Spain’s Olympic basketball team posed for an advertisement prior to the Games which appears to show all its players slanting their eyes, a move that could offend its Olympic hosts in Beijing. The ads, for a Spanish courier company, appeared in the Spanish-language newspaper La Marca.

As the uproar over the picture has grown today, more information about the advertising shot has come to light. The New York Times reports that Spain’s basketball team is sponsored by Li-Ning Footwear, a Chinese company founded by Li Ning, the final torchbearer who was hoisted along the top of Beijing National Stadium during the Olympic Opening Ceremony finale. The ad reportedly references the Spanish team recently extending their contract with the footwear giant for another four years.

Is it a racist photo from the Spanish basketball team?

Is it a racist photo from the Spanish basketball team?

The Spanish-language paper El Mundo has a piece debating whether the ad was racist that basically calls out the British press for trying to smear Spain’s good name. But they miss the point. Whether the picture was made in good fun is irrelevant. It was a ridiculous idea that was bound to upset a lot of people.
It’s baffling that nobody involved in the picture — from the photographers to the players — even seemed to consider that this ad would be looked at negatively. Did it not occur to somebody that it might not be a good idea to mock an entire continent before the world’s largest athletic competition that, by the way, happens to take place on that continent. Were they not aware of an invention called “the Internet” that allows pictures taken in Spain to be transmitted all over the world for the eyes of everyone?

  1. From the looks of it, I definitely think it is racist. Alot of whites (I am white too) just hide behind a curtain they use to do very immature things such as this.

As adults, you have to analyze what you are doing and who it possibly affects before doing it.

That picture is blatantly making fun of the Oriental people and their natural eye shape. It is definitely racist.

I’m sorry, but I thought this world was moving forward, one day at a time, it seems to be even slower progress.

The light at the end of the tunnel is: eventually, the last of the racist generation will be extinct. And human multi-racial interaction will be at it’s prime. There will be no such thing as ‘white’ or ‘black’ or ‘Chinese’ because everyone will be mixed in one way or the other.

  2. yes it is a racist photo that demonstrates the ignorance of the Spanish national basketball team. what would be the reaction if the US national team did a stunt like this?

  3. I don’t easy get offended but this did offended me and I’m Asian. For Calderon to come out and say that it’s not a big deal, that is wrong. This is a big deal and its racist.

  4. Is it racist Jon?Do you think that?
What about the advertisement in the last football eurocope from England? “Support Spain!! bullfights, paella, macarena, etc etc…i´ts the only thing you have to know about their culture!” In Spain everybody understand that it was a joke. More humor, please.
Besides, the players did this because their sponsor (a chinese sponsor) asked it.
    It is definitly not racist

  5. yea its definately racist. the fact that they try to justify it like its not their fault adds insult and is condescending.

btw, the use of ‘oriental’ to describe east asian people, though we know what one refers to, is actually racist. I think asians prefer to ba called either that, or their actual ethnicity, e.g. japanese, or to be not regarded at all because such a thing shouldnt even be an issue (the ideal case) which of course aint gonna happen anytime soon in the current state of social tollerances and understanding goes

  6. Obviously… we can all laugh about it when it’s not about your race.

Yo! Round-eyes, the doctor must have jammed his thumb up your ass pretty hard right after delivery to get you breathing(hence the round-eyes), and I guessed you must have like it.

As Pau Gosol puts it “If anyone feels offended by it, we totally apologize for it, We never meant anything offensive by it.” as well…

You joke, I joke, you laugh, I laugh… ok..let’s start your mama joke now.

    Let’s keep it up, morons!!

  7. Thats ridiculous its not racist. Racism is a belief that a particular group is superior to another race. Do the Spanish believe this no ! They just signed a contract with Li-Ning Footwear. If your a true racist you would feel that a Chinese footwear company would be beneath you. Political correctness has reached a fever pitch, and you cant ever make jokes anymore without some idiot making a huge deal about it. Freedom of Speech and Expression is the hallmark of our constituition. Its time we remember this fact.

  8. Of course, I consider this is an offensive picture because spanish people think they are different from d the other human beings. If you see, the news, they hate not only asin people but treat latin people, specially, as if they were less than animals, you see, they are xenofobic and racist. These sportmen aren´t children, they are adults and know perfectly that they did that for teasing asin. In resume, they have to be retired from the Olympic games. That is an anti sport behavioring.

  9. This is not a racist gesture.
you don´t believe racist to say that a person is blond, brown, thin, fat, high, low, with glasses, without your glasses because not consider racist state that a person has eyes scratching.
In spain that gesture was not racist.
They said: “Ey guys we are going with the Chinese to compete in the Olympics that´s cool” but there isn´t racism
IF you think that some ragged eyes are bad then you trasform a friendly gesture in racist.
Perhaps this is just a cultural difference and you do not understand it

  10. Can’t anybody take a joke anymore? Does everything have to be labeled racist? Which race were they in particular trying to offend? If you ask a Japanese person what race they are they’ll probably say Japanese, not “Asian”. So is the slant eye pose meant to put down all of Asia? The last time I checked, not all Asians have that type of eye. How many Russians did that offend? How about Pakistanis? They live on the Asian Continent. So what? They were targeting the Chinese in particular? That’s ridiculous. Nobody meant it as an insult. People seriously need to get over themselves. Not everything they don’t find funny is racist.

  11. What is most appalling isn’t the fact that this photo was taken, it’s the fact that not one person involved during the whole process of taking the photo found it one bit offensive. Even Pau Gasol said, “It was something like supposed to be funny or something but never offensive in any way,” who is this “funny” to? Who is your target audience for said comedic antics? It’s surely not all the people of asian descent that find this funny. It’s obviously funny to the people involved which makes this even more disturbing. Grown men acting in such childish manners. I’ve seen this as an asian man myself growing up with such racist overtones and actions but you shrug it off more easily when it is done by children that are ignorant and immature. These are grown men and the people involved with the photoshoot were most likely adults of some sort of cognitive aptitude. Sad, pathetic, disgraceful and tasteless is what I deem this photo to be.

  12. Whoever thinks this is racsist is full of Crap. These guys are just having fun people. You people are what’s wrong with this world man. People are too defensive and want to start controversy on anything. What is wrong with the picture? Last I remember Chinese people have slanted eyes right? My parents are from Spain, if the olympics were held in Spain and the Chinese took a picture of themselves making their eyes rounder, why would I be offended?. If they came dressed up as Matadores (bull fighters) Why would I be offended?
Grow up people, stop complaining about every single thing and have some fun. Nobody can say anything anymore about Blacks, Mexicans, Chinese but you people can certantly talk about White people without trouble. I am sick and tired of this doulble standard and I am tired of all you HIPPIES crying about everything.
I can’t understand why is it that Spike Lee can make a comment like “I want to throw up when I see unteracial couples” and not get in trouble but a bunch of Spaniards make a innocent joke and you all want them executed, GROW UP….

    LONG LIVE SPAIN DAMMIT

  13. to Sebastian:

your last 2 words say GROW UP.

Tell that to the Spanish National Basketball team, their mock slant eyes pose is what children do to taunt Asians. You believe this to be an innocent joke? Who is the joke directed at for a laugh and who is the joke targeting? Do you understand the mocking nature of this “joke”? I’m not saying it’s racist but surely you can see the offensive nature, the lack of respect and the total lack of taste this pose creates. And your example does not have any racial overtones, when have you seen an asian person mock a white person by using their fingers to widen and make it round? I have seen in MY lifetime the slant eye finger gesture to mock me, so please DO NOT use that as an example to justify this pose as something that it not which is funny. Just because YOU haven’t been subjected to racially insensitive gestures in YOUR lifetime DOES NOT make their gesture “okay”.

  14. idiots, obviously this picture is going to offend asians. They thought that this ” JOKE ” was for China only. Yet i hear people saying Spaniards are intelligent. But they weren’t smart enough to realize that its not just the CHINESE who are ASIANS. This doesn’t just effect the CHINESE but every ASIAN out there.

To all of you people who are saying this isn’t racism. No it may not be, but they are making fun of Asians. Thats what a joke is. You’re making fun of someone. You may want to back Spain up. But just realize, if you were asian, or black and another entire ” RACE” made fun of your Physical Ethnicity Characteristic you would to be offended.

But you idiots are too ignorant to understand. You defending Spain and not even seeing it as offending shows just how much of an idiot you are.

    Am i Asian? Yes.

Ask any Spaniard if it was racism, they’ll say no, ask them if they were just joking, they’ll say yes, ask them if it was funny they’ll say yes.

But i guarantee you that the MAJORITY of other RACES out there you ask, MAJORITY will say it was offensive.

    Enlighten me :)

  15. You, anglo-saxon people, are all crazy… You are obsessed with the politically correct language. Your minds are so sick that you thing that a joke, a funny comment or an affectionate gesture is extremely offensive, even if it is make with a good intention and in a respectful way. However, in fact, you are the most racist people in earth. You think that your culture is the superior one,you think that people of south europe is dirty, you don’t hesitate to attack and massacre people of other countries…You think all this, and you act in consequence, but the important thing is not to publicly show any incorrect or unpolite expression. USA and UK, your culture is defined by two words: HYPOCRISY and CYNICISM!!

  16. Due to your behaviors in the past, you feel traumatized about all reference to physical characteristicsof people of other ethnic groups. Why the reference to a physical characteristic of a non-white man is racism? It is only an obvious physical characteristic of the chinese people. The sin is not in the picture, is in the eyes of who is looking. In Spain, we care about not to be racists. The anglo-saxons care about not to seem that they are racists.

  17. Spanish media is typically racist. I don’t think it is “productive” when physical, racial, or religious differences are used by the Spanish media as headline “defining” traits. The nationality of suspected criminals is always detailed in the press, a Jewish or black person will always be defined as such … The Jewish Businessman, the black athlete … and all Asians are Chinitos, all black people are Negritos, all Arabs are moros, and any shady behavior is gitano.

This photo is highly offensive and racist. This is not about political correctness at all, it is just flat out wrong.

Imagine if the Olympics were in Kenya and the athletes painted their faces black or wore fake big lips… hopefully you would find that overtly offensive, if not there is no reason to reason with you.

Ironically the US team made a video of a guy dressed up as a bullfighter. The Spanish thought that the bullfighter was offensive because it promoted a negative stereotype and/or ignorance about the richness of Spanish culture. We can see that when it is about them, they understand racism.

  18. I don’t find it racist, but it’s certainly in poor taste.

  19. Sorry for my english. In Spain that gesture is no racist, we arent thinking all the time about racism, because we are not racists. In england there are a lot of neonazi hooligans. England should look at itself. And chinese people dont care about the gesture, they say that is not offensive. A little chinese girl asked me time ago why spanish people had rounded eyes and, of course, she didnt want to offend me and I didnt feel offended. When, in other countries, Spain is represented with bulls and flamenco we accept it, it is the same. Viva China, Viva España

  20. Regardless of what you people say, the picture is not racism. Sometimes because of History, Anglos can be seen as racsist and regadless of what they say and do the world is against them. If you think about it, people from the middle east do not allow their women to marry anyone outside their race. Asians almost never socialize with people outside their race. I have black friends that tell me that their parents hate white people because of what happened a long time ago. Like I said before, My parents are from Spain and I have family in several south American countries, according to them, they love going to Spain because people are warm and respectful. You people have to understand that in countries like Spain, Mexico, and most south american coutries we don’t have the racial tension that you see in the USA. Yes they disciminate, but Rascism is minimum.
Not long ago in Mexico, the post office printed a stamp of a Black boy with big lips and big eyes, keep in mind that this boy is a caricature that has been part of Mexican comics for a long time. Blacks in the USA were offended, Al Sharpton even flew to Mexico city demanding an appology. Come on people, this is part of the Mexican culture. I never see a Mexican get offended by Speedy Gonzales and you know why, because just like Spaniards, Mexicans don’t care about all this racial tension that is seen in the USA.

  21. you who categorize this is racism are sick in your minds

  22. Spain / Spanish are doing this ****. In European Football spanish fans chant monkey calls at black players (even their own). Provincial ****tards.

  23. I believe they were pointing to their empty cranial…. hahahahaha

  24. To the Spanish Basketball and Tennis Federation Team, thanks for advertising the emptiness that is called your brain… you might want to fill it with some intelligence… y tu Speedy Bendeho…

  25. As a father of two adopted children, I find some of these posts absolutely ridiculous. Here in America, you call an african american person the “n” word, the african american population is ready to slit your throat. Then we get one of these insensitive spanish morons (Pau Gasol) who plays for the Los Angeles Lakers and thinks that this picture that he and his team mates took is NOT racist and/or insensitive.
If Mr. Gasol thinks that this picture is not racist and that it was all done in “fun,”,I present him with a challenge. When you return to LA from the Olympics, I would like you do one thing. Go to Dodger Satdium and purchase one of the Manny Ramirez dreadlock wigs that the Dodgers are selling for $25 (you can afford it). Paint your face black (you know, with stage make up), take a picture of yourself with the caption “come on my bruthas and sistas. come to the Staples Center and support me and my homie Lakers.” Then display this photographic work of art on prominent billboards in Compton, Inglewood , and most important, south-central Los Angeles and see what type of reaction and support you receive from your fans in L.A.. Make sure you tell all of the Laker fans that you did this in fun and that you did it as a compliment to them. Trust me you would not see daylight of the following day. Your days and minutes would be numbered!!
To end, I would like to take a quote from another insensitive idiot, Jesse Jackson. A couple of weeks ago, Jesse made a statement that he wanted to cut off the nuts of Democratic candidate Barack Obama because he does not support all of the items on Mr. Jacksons Rainbow Coalition agenda. What I think that we need to do to Mr. Gasol is the next time you are alone on a Los Angeles street is cut off your nuts, dry them, grind them up and package the ground product as a spice and/or garnishment and send it back to Spain so they can use it on their spanish rice. Trust me, as we all have seen, they would most likely enjoy it because the majority of the people of Spain all come from the same type of pompous, arrogant, and insensitive “mold” that you come from!!

  26. Racist my rearend! Before one slings that awesome r-bomb around and blows the swirling smoke off its business end, after another gratifying round fired into somewhere-elses-land, let’s look at intent. We’re dealing with a sponsor (the one providing the clothing outfit) which is named Li Ning, casually located in the PRC. Its PR head honcho had the felicitous idea of orchestrating a photo with the male and female teams, to show off their outfits and, of course, point out they were worn at the Olympics which, as I understand, happend to be celebrated someplace in or near the same PRC.

It is that Chinese gentleman who insisted on that silly picture, gesture included. So, feel absolutely free to call that gentleman a “racist” if you must. And make sure to write Li Ning a peppered letter while you’re at it, in defense of Chinese people’s feelings under attack of vile Spanish (or is “Spanish vile” a pleonasm perchance?) on their own soil no less.

But now let’s talk “intent” for a bit. What’s in a gesture? Well, for one, I can attest to the fact that in Spain that gesture is nothing more or less than some clumsy and children’s age reference to “Asian” or “Chinese” or somesuch. There’s nothing behind it other than pointing to a rather obvious feature. Now, someone might ask whether that’s at a par with putting on “blackface” makeup (think Al Jolson). Or, calling someone (say) “greaser”, “dago” or “spic”. Well, the answer to those two types of comparison is “no” and “no” respectively.

The “blackface” was worn in a context (you know, that easily misplaced stuff) which by design “entertained” people. That’s the hallmark of mockery – in other words: it is made at the expense of the (mis)represented people. By contrast, that gesture had neither the intent, nor the effect of mocking the Chinese. Would be somewhat problematic to envisage that scenario, given Li Ning’s instructions, wouldn’t it?

As to racially insulting epithets, well, let’s say it’s not even in proximity to that sad universe of sad human behavior. I mean, really: does anyone with an intelligence somewhere above room temperature (I’m talking glorious British Imperial degrees here, bien sur) entertain the idea that a Chinese company, by way of one of their Chinese officers, instructs a twin set of sponsored national (!) teams to insult Chinese!? I mean, seriously, has anyone actually used the God given brains before screeching out “racism” or is stupidity a prerequisite to reflexively hurl out accusations of racism to any place where furners may roam about, or what?

Then, beautiful Los Angeles, named after such divine creatures, where an imbecile going by the name of Bill Plaschke regales readers to a nauseating dose of Calvinistic guilt deflection, on the fly demanding a “contrite apology” from Pau Gasol (never mind all the other players on the photos, both male and female, but perhaps he’s a victim of some partial NIMBY affliction).

The gutzpah of that moron to slyly dismiss the rather relevant context that it was Li Ning itself that insisted on those snaps:

Funny? Maybe in Spain, but not in the United States.

    Actually, try China, moron.

Oh by the way: if writers of similar drivel have published their shamelessly public lobotomized condition in any other august Anglosaxon rag, feel free to apply that disqualification as “morons” justly to them, also.

What I find really funny are references to “our money” that pay for Mr Gasol’s basketball services. Somehow, the amorality of finances in an extremely capitalist environment as top sport gets thrown out of the window, in light of a convenient opportunity to feign moral superiority by condemnation of Pau and, by inference, Spaniards as a whole.

Funny? Maybe in the United States, but not in Spain. We’ll collectively await contrite apologies and such.

Oh, and please (please!) spare readers further abominations, like meandering rantings about some Obama character (I hear he’s big in Germany, like Lionel Richie and David Hasserlhoff are).

And now for the corker (drumroll) so when was the last time Chinese have been so gawdawfully abused, mistreated and killed (in not-so-nice ways) as in the same country that seems to produce such interesting white guilt-tripping morons who delight in crying wolf where there’s not even a little lamb?

Spare me the howling of racism – I don’t mind people who delight in public displays of deflection and deferment of careful thought, but it’s the stench of hypocrisy and rancid stupidity that I can’t stand.

  27. Very Stupid, Stupid , Stupid , STUPID comments made by ANTHONY. You make absolutly no sense in your lines dude. STUPID DORK.

  28. It is a photo taken from a non international newspaper that shows a gesture from the spaniards towards the chinese people. Chinese embassador in spain said that he sees it as affectionate, so why so much fuss?

You criticize them for not know what it means on a USA context but you call them racist therefore ignoring what it means on a spaniard/chinese context. It works both ways.

  29. Cite: tristan. “Chinese embassador in spain said that he sees it as affectionate, so why so much fuss?”

Spain, by the way, is one of the countries in which more chinese children are adopted. Streets of the most populous cities are plenty of chinese citizens who have their bussiness in Spain. They are here close neighbors.

Much of the US/UK advertisements show spanish people bullfighting or dancing flamenco, probably trying to be not racist or hilarious, but IS much more offensive to us.

Peter Sellers appears as Sidney Wang in “Murder by Death”, A typical approach to the chinese detective, in a very simplistic way. No one thought of racism.

Spain is one of the countries with less percentage of racism in the world. We were muslims, jews and christians. Mixtured with American people after the Discovery.

We didn’t exterminate indians, or african slaves; we never had a KKK. The american territories were always Spain, not colonies. Please, wash your hands and feel sorry first, then (and only then) you perhaps could have your say about racism.

I think things are all about Spain IS now the Basketball World Champion.

And it is not good for you.

  30. Oh, I forgot.

In response to Anthony. And in the previous thought.

We NEVER killed or slavered chinese people. Think on why african american people are ‘ready to slit your throat’, when and why.

“To see the straw in your brother’s eye, and not the rafter in your own.” Matthew 7:3-5.

  31. I might be wrong but my general perception is that Spaniards are incredibly ignorant when it come to the issue of racism, their insistence that their act is not racist shows the magnitude of their ignorance.

Couple of years ago, in a friendly with England in Spain, the Spanish made monkey chants anytime an English black player touched the ball and apparently it’s quite a common occurence in the Spanish league for black players. It was quite a sad event that day, during the game there were camera shots of children not older than 9 making the monkey sound with their parents.

We all also know about the Lewis Hamilton saga, where certain members in the stand painted their faces black and shouted horrible obscenity towards Lewis Hamilton.

I’m afraid the the issues are not isolated issues, it just shows their ignorance when it comes to the issues of race. They even have the front to keep defending the indefenceable, like saying their acts are not racist acts, it was just a bit of fun, whilst the people on the receiving end are very rightly hurt and objects.

  32. Time-slip, if you will, back to the 1950-1960’s. The boss (of course, male) walks into the office, and pats his female secretary’s rear end. He says, ” I like them round and plump.” Now, someone from the 21st century tells this boss that he has done and said an awful thing, and he is being downright sexist.

His response: “I was giving my secretary a friendly greeting. It was just harmless fun. It is absurd for anyone to make a big thing of it. How could women possibly take offense at this? I’ll have you know that I am friends with many women!”

Dear stupid Spaniards, don’ t you think it’s about time you learned that it is offensive when the people you direct your words and actions think it’s offensive. The one dishing it out has no say in whether people should be offended or not.

Join us. We have already moved into the 21st century. Hope you can catch up.

  33. Hey guys, check out engrish.com – that’s a whole site dedicated to making fun of Asian-mangled English! What patronizing outrage, what racist ignominy huh!

Some people apparently just are too much obsessed with their monolinguistic poverty induced blinders to take a step or two back, look in the mirror and laugh. They do make excellent fodder for stereotypical humor though.

  34. Interesting indeed. Tease or not tease, racists or not – aint this one of another excuse for more things to come from modern powerhouse China.
Patience and strategy has always been one of the foundation of Chinese thinking, why pick Spain? quite a number of factors imo…

And If it’s true that the Chinese sponsor company did ask the teams to make the slant eyes, it shows who’s the boss aint it. lol.
Who knows, the spanish might have to do the “slant eye” every moment to fill their stomach in years to come.

oh….just meant to be a joke too if any spanish reads this.

    Sūn Zǐ Bīng Fǎ

  35. OOOOOOOOH…anglosaxon world now give us moral lessons…

The truth, I don’t know England and United States to Spain. Do not remember England of the ferocious racism that they had in the earlier 60, 70…? Do not remember (and this Englishmen have told it to me) when they threw skins of bananas every time that the black players played in their stadiums?

    United States…

The country with the most brutal police and racist of the world (whose icon is the New York Police, takes a long record of murders and racist episodes against blacks, south american etc etc etc); a country that has an institutionalized racism, the country of the Ku Klux Klan, Minutemen, Aryan Nations, White Power… ;a country that kidnaps and tortures people of other countries; a country that invades and kills for petroleum; a country where the black citizens only live in freedom 40 or 50 years ago… But what shame is this? It is than the racism is only and exclusive of Spain, and the rest of the world is Disneyworld? How some isolated episodes of racism in Spain, Europe or any part of the world can be compared with the history of horror of United States that was anti-Semitic before than the Nazis?

You have asked to the Arabs that there is in Guantanamo what they say of the racism of the Americans? You have asked to the Arabs how they felt when they were ridiculed in the movie ” true lies “? You have asked to the Japaneses how they felt when the American players made the military greeting in the World cup of basketball of Japan 2006? Because they felt very offended. While, in United States they boasted of this matter

the Spanish team made nor more nor less that what requested them the sponsor, and also with the approval of the Chinese authorities in Spain (that I say, they doesn’t understand why the yankees you have mounted all this history)

    Then, what?

It is that United States nor came nor painted in all this history between Spain and China. But it seems that they have been aimed to the train of the pathological hate that has the English press toward our sportsmen (and of course, with our country). That hypocrisy and cynicism of yankees and Englishmen. Because if will give us moral lessons these countries, tomorrow I make myself monk

And to who said that Spain was only bulls, paella, etc…
    1) Spain 2º world destination
    2) Spain 8ª world economy
    3) country with more monuments of the Unesco
    4) Country of poets and writers like Cervantes and Becker
    5) Country that helped to the independence of United States
    6) Country almost dominated 3/4 of United States as empire, implanting some things as the horse, the rodeo, the cattle raising, the agriculture or the first cowboys

Please, if you don’t know my country, you don’t say stupidities

  36. There are countries that have made true brutalities in the world (and they follow it making, as the yankees in Iraq or Guantanamo!) or when the Nazi annihilated 60 years ago to millions of Jews, or the brutalities of Japaneses, but the Anglo-Saxon countries have a hateful fixation toward everything that makes Spain

  37. I do not understand your vitriolic nationalistic rant Victor, it really does not make any sense. So are you saying it’s alright for the Spaniards to be racist because the American and the British are/were racist? is it fine to be racist because you have the greatest momento of UNESCO than anywhere else?

The ills of history and recent happenings does not excuse the Spaniards bad behaviour. Moronic behaviour is bad, does not matter when it was done.

It’s 2008 my friend, join the civilized world. it doesn’t make it right to monkey chant black players because iraq was invaded by some other country, it’s like saying I’m a rapist because some other people rape, no excuse for being a moron.

  38. Matthew Allen…

Mathews, learns Spanish because at least I have the reference of speaking in your language, and maybe you would understand what I say. And what I say is that you, being what you are in the world, a country with an institutionalized racism, belligerent, that you revile the human rights in Guantanamo, a society where until some years ago the black ones could not enter nor to the bus, you are not legitimated to give lessons of moral and civic to the other countries of the world. Maybe you are the moron, fruit of your society: paranoiac, hated etc etc. Don’t seek to demonstrate me that I don’t know. I know more things than you for being from Spain

Here there was a picture, where it was not named United States. A fun picture, authorized by the Chinese authorities in Spain, so that you enter with your stupidities. If the Spaniards had to denounce everything that you make you, I believe that the paper would end in the world. We would not give supply with you, stupid arrogant

Then to wonder why there is so many anti-American in the world…

And the Englishmen follow the same road…
